Chortkeh BDF Font Viewer 1.0

Today the first build of Chortkeh BDF Font Viewer made its way to testing conducted by my colleagues.

A 32-bit Windows application, Chortkeh BDF Font Viewer has been developed in Borland C++Builder 5.
